- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz peach syrup
- 1 egg white
- ice

Peach Simple Syrup Recipe
Combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan with sliced peaches.
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Strain out the peaches and store syrup in a jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
